In breve

28 GDPR). Per sapere come l'azienda usa questi dati, rivolgiti a lei.

5. Chi vede i tuoi dati

8. I tuoi diritti

WeSincro Privacy Notice

Version 1.0 · test phase · effective from 30 October 2026

At a glance

  • WeSincro is an app for coordinating staff during events. It is in a free test phase: we are trying it with a few companies to find out whether it is useful and how to improve it.
  • It is run by the two of us, the founders, Zaccarias Pelos and Zaccaria Boschetti, as individuals. For any question: info@wesincro.com.
  • We use your data to make the app work and to improve it. No advertising, no selling of data.
  • The database is in Ireland (EU).
  • You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data.

1. Who we are

The controllers are Zaccarias Pelos and Zaccaria Boschetti, who run WeSincro together and are both responsible for it (joint controllers, Article 26 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the "GDPR"). Privacy contact: info@wesincro.com.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO): given our size, it is not required. When we set up a company, the company will become the controller: we will update this page and tell you beforehand.

2. If you use WeSincro with a company

When a company uses WeSincro to organise its staff, that company's work content (events, tasks, shifts, reported problems, comments) belongs to the company: the company decides how it is used, and we process it on its behalf (Article 28 GDPR). To find out how the company uses this data, contact the company. If you send us a request about that data, we pass it on to the company.

3. What data we process

In free-text fields (descriptions, comments, shift notes) do not write health information or other sensitive data about yourself or others: it is enough to say that a person is unavailable.

4. Why we use it

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not take automated decisions about you.

Required data. Name, email, password and phone number are needed to create an account; everything else is optional. The phone number is required because during service your colleagues must be able to call you straight away; only people in the same company as you can see it.

5. Who sees your data

When data goes to the United States or to companies based there, it is covered by the safeguards required by the GDPR: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for a copy at info@wesincro.com.

6. How long we keep it

7. What we store on your device

WeSincro does not use cookies or any analytics or tracking tools. In your browser's storage it keeps only your sign-in session, so you are not asked for your password every time, and a few preferences (for example the company and event you were viewing). The app installed on your phone keeps a copy of its own files so that it opens faster, with no personal data. These are needed for the app to work and do not require your consent.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access your data and get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict its use, to receive it in a machine-readable format (portability) and to object to uses based on legitimate interest, for example to being contacted for your opinion.

Write to info@wesincro.com: we reply within one month. We may ask you to write from your account's email address, to make sure it is you. You can also correct your name and phone number yourself, in your profile.

If you believe we are breaking the rules, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of the EU country where you live or work.

9. Minors

WeSincro is designed for professional use and is not intended for people under 16.

10. Security

Data travels over encrypted connections, passwords are never stored in plain text, and rules enforced directly by the database keep each company's and each event's data separate. If a data breach puts you at risk, we notify the Italian Data Protection Authority and, where the law requires it, you as well.

11. Changes

This is a first version, written for the test. When something important changes, for example when the company is set up or the test ends, we will update this page and tell you beforehand, in the app or by email. The version and date are always shown at the top.

This is a translation. If the Italian and English versions differ, the Italian version prevails.
